Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the chicken breasts by patting them dry with paper towels.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour marinara sauce over it, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
In a serving bowl, spoon in the cottage cheese to create an even layer.
Once the chicken is ready, place it on top of the cottage cheese and spoon any remaining marinara sauce over it.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
